We are very proud that our entire product portfolio is cruelty-free.* Furthermore, our products are 100% vegan. All packaging is labelled accordingly.

The Liquid Lipsticks are a "shake before use" product. Due to their texture, the Semi Matte colours need to be shaken well before use, otherwise the highly dosed pigments can separate from the nourishing oils. That's why we advise you to shake the Liquid Lipstick vigorously every time before using it. In general, however, it is not a problem if the pigments separate from the oils, as this does not affect the effectiveness.

To guarantee the durability of the Liquid Lipsticks, the product should be shaken well. Furthermore, you should clean and dry your lips and not use any oil based product under Banana Beauty Liquid Lipsticks. We recommend applying the colour to the lower lip first and then to the upper lip. Allow the lipstick to dry briefly before applying the next layer. Please avoid pressing the lips together immediately after application, otherwise the result will not be even.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot take back products that have already been opened. A full refund is only possible if both the product and the packaging remain unopened!

At Banana Beauty, we aim to make our products as natural as possible! However, it is also important to us that we primarily use safe ingredients with the highest efficacy on the skin. Many all-natural ingredients are irritating and, although natural, can cause skin irritation. Therefore, we only use soothing and safe ingredients in all product formulas - regardless of their natural or synthetic status.

Many of our ingredients are "natural" by definition, others are not. At Banana Beauty, we rely 100% on high quality, scientifically validated ingredients that are kind to the skin. We believe in the benefits of botanical ingredients and always use them to make our products as natural as possible, but we are equally interested in innovative and effective results that science can deliver. That's why we want to give you the best mix in our products so we can continue to make the products you love.

Vegan means to us that no ingredients are used in the processing that have an animal origin. All our products are vegan.

This ingredient is a synthetic ingredient that makes it easier to spread the product on the skin and feels weightless on the skin. It is used in many long-lasting lipsticks and foundations because it does not smudge or smear the colour and ensures a beautiful, matte finish.

1. filling the shopping cart - products and voucher codes
With the button "Add to cart" you choose the products you want to order. You can update your selection in the "Shopping Cart" at any time by changing the quantity, adding or reducing products. Don't forget to update your shopping cart before continuing with the ordering process.
2. checkout - address and payment process
If you already have a customer account, log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, you can register as a new customer by clicking on the box provided at the bottom of the page. We will not share your details with any third party outside of our company, unless this is necessary to process your order, e.g. to dispatch your order. Your billing details are also used as shipping details by default. If you want your order to be sent to a different address, select the "Send to a different address?" input field and enter the different shipping address here. Then select your preferred payment method.
3. confirm your order
If all your entries are correct, read and accept the "General Terms and Conditions" to complete your order. Then click on "Submit order".

You can enter the voucher code by clicking on "Checkout". This will display the products you wish to purchase. On the right hand side there is a section for voucher codes. Then click on "Apply" and the total of your checkout cart will update automatically. It is not possible to combine multiple voucher codes.
Once an order has been submitted, a code cannot be changed or updated.
Delivery

1. By email. When you place an order with www.bananabeauty.de and choose PayPal, Klarna or credit card as your payment method, you will receive an email confirming your order. In this email you will find your order number as well as a summary of your order, billing and shipping address.
When your goods are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipment code and a link to track the delivery of your products in real time.
2. On our website. You can easily get your tracking link by entering your order number and the email address you used to place this order.
If you still do not receive a tracking link, please contact our customer service team here and select the subject "I do not have a tracking number".

Addresses longer than 35 characters are not accepted by our logistics partner. If your address is too long, we ask you to use abbreviations (e.g. Str. = street etc.) to reduce the overall length. You can leave additional important information and address additions in the column provided.

If the tracking system shows that your parcel has been returned to the sender, it is possible that your address is incorrect or incomplete. Please contact our customer service team and provide us with your order number, tracking code and full address (the recipient's name must be the same as the name on the letterbox) - we will then arrange for a reshipment.

You were probably not at home to receive your parcel at the time of delivery. In this case, please check whether the delivery person left a delivery notice in your letterbox. Your parcel could be with one of your neighbours or with the caretaker.
After your order has left our mail order house, the responsible shipping company is responsible for the delivery of your order. If the tracking link does not show where your package is, please contact the shipping company directly.
If your package cannot be found, please contact our customer service.

We are very sorry that you have received damaged goods. Unfortunately, sometimes our parcels are damaged by the delivery company when they are transported to you. Please use the contact form and select "Damaged products" as the subject. Make sure you have attached a photo of the damaged products. Our customer service will then contact you!
